This company provides no warranty

We returned our defective sealant in June and confirmed receipt. Unfortunately it was stated that there were no units in stock. Believe it or not, they offered us $40 for a seal that we paid almost $400 for. When we declined, they offered a device that retailed for less than $200. All we wanted was to repair or replace the same device as guaranteed. We have been patiently waiting for a new ban or a refund of our money for over 3 months. For the past three weeks Food Saver has ignored our emails and now we are being forced to file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General. If they expect it to go away, it just won't happen. We hope that Revain sees this complaint and helps use the support, but if it doesn't, we will be filing this lawsuit in small claims court. Together with a legal representative, we plan to sue Food Saver for damages. We will try to cover the cost and time that is available to him and that it takes to resolve this issue. The Food Saver is a good unit, but if it's not working, get ready to run. Most people would just give up, but we're seniors with a steady income, and that's more important to us than most. I suspect Food Saver is just playing the odds and hoping most people will give up. This is not the type of company you want to buy from. Just check the BBB before you buy. We would like to have.
