I love the idea of being able to be outside at a theme park or any event in the heat and stay cool for hours. Don't worry about the battery, just charge it in the car or at home, put it on your head and enjoy the coolness. I also tried it while walking and found it useful in 80 degree California. I like a lot about this fan and the only downside for me was that it was smaller, after a while I found it a bit clunky around my neck. It feels like a pair of noise-cancelling headphones are sitting around my neck, and since I have a shorter neck, the air (which has 4 speeds that blows pretty well) blows into my ears. I wish there was an adjustable length option to suit those with shorter necks. However, it works and I recommend it.
