I can't admit how much time I've spent looking for teapots, but I wanted something that wasn't silvery, wasn't dark and wasn't greasy (in color) for me doesn't burn your hand (but I don't have ugly black handles) and doesn't show wear/dirt easily (e.g. solid white enamel) - and thank goodness I finally found it! The quality has exceeded all expectations and I believe that you will enjoy it for a long time. In addition, the imitation wood rubber handle is very functional and comfortable. I was concerned that this style was too golf ball-like* to be comfortable and I'm still not a huge fan of this aspect of the design, but the lovely soft shade of pink makes up for it. Golf ball because this is the first comment my friend has made to me. His second comparison was Epcot. Surprisingly, this check didn't bother me because overall I'm very happy with my purchase.
