First of all, I almost never write reviews, preferring to rate a product simply by clicking on a star. But this time I was so disappointed that I'm taking the time to warn other buyers. Why? Because I should have listened to other reviewers who warned that this electric corkscrew suddenly stopped working. Mine just did. No warnings, no hiccups, nothing that could make me oh-oh-oh. It just stopped. The up button that opens the cork still works, but the down button that screws into the cork just doesn't work anymore. I've been using it a few times a week for a little over a month. I think I've used it ten times max. So it's definitely not an exaggeration. And I was so happy with him for the first few weeks. It was perfect. Then it wasn't. I would love to return it but I'm sure I can't. So this is my loss. Don't make the same mistake I did.
