The color is a nice shade of yellow and not too bright but enough to put out 300 LEDs. If necessary, you can knit 5 sets of these very long threads. It is UL certified for indoor and outdoor use, which means you can use it all year round and all night without worry. It doesn't have any extra features except that it works well, comes with extra fuses and is very long. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and would recommend it for what you can get at major lighting stores.
