Wonderful chair! best home office furniture

Our chair arrived yesterday. It took about an hour from unpacking to complete assembly. (Note: I recommend assembling it in the room it will be used in. We had to remove the bottom to get through the door.) This is a real executive chair. It's big, comfortable and well made. My husband is 6ft 3" and I am 5ft 5". It fits him perfectly and in the minimum setting I almost need a short stool. My feet will be on the ground, but that puts a little pressure on the backs of my thighs. About the assembly. If you follow the instructions EXACTLY, it will become obvious why people say they have hand alignment issues. It says DO NOT tighten the bolts that hold the backrest to the seat. This means that there is enough free space in it to put the hands in the desired position. There are small protrusions on the parts protruding from the chair where the armrests are attached. I'm pretty sure that's the source of the popping noise some people notice when putting them on. We screwed on the levers and tightened them about 95%, then went back to the bottom and fully tightened the bolts on the underside (as tight as we could), then went back to the levers to fully tighten them. If your hand is loose at this point, try tightening it even more. Ours was great. good and tight, no play and wobbling. Day 1 This is a wonderful chair. No regret. If anything changes I will come back and let you know but for now we are very happy. MUCH better than anything we've seen in office stores in this price range.
