🪑 Winsome Townsend Bench in Dark Espresso: Stylish Seating with Timeless Elegance Review

Not as big as I hoped, but it can store shoes and prevent them from falling on the floor. Assembly is pretty easy, all you need is a screwdriver. I'm only giving it 4 stars because there are a few minor scratches that can't be fixed with a pen.

Easy to assemble, all parts where here but at least 5 pieces have damaged corners, tears or creases. Very unsatisfied with the way it was delivered and or processed, but I went ahead and left it as is. I bought the touch-up marker for $12 because of the damage you can see from the front.

I love this shoe bench! Perfect for getting started and looks beautiful. Some, albeit different, reviews mentioned that some of the panels look very similar and I accidentally placed some shelves on the opposite side, but the instructions were pretty clear too. Aside from my little mishap (I didn't pay much attention to it) it really wasn't that hard.

My husband and I bought this bench for guests to sit and take off their shoes. The boxes are large and easy to get to. The pillow isn't very soft and plush, but we don't need that to achieve our goal. The only thing we noticed is that the cushion isn't tied to the bench so it slides down when cats jump on it. It would be nice to have a tie or a way to hold the pillow up.

I bought this storage bench for my entryway. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because I'm moving and having a baby in a year. This bench was the right price, right color and had the features I was looking for; storage boxes and seat cushions. Assembly was easy, took about 15-20 minutes. The only downside is that it's smaller than I'd like. I didn't measure so it's my fault. And it looks a bit thin. All in all a great buy, but definitely not a timeless product!

The bench itself is pretty solid for the price; Easy to assemble and the special holes are good for shoes. No complaints. What disappointed me the most was the pillow. Case left black marks on everything he touched. Imagine running your hand over the surface; your hand would be black as soot. Small black particles were also shaken off it, making it very dirty. I don't know why so I tried unzipping the cover and washing it but the fabric is so cheap it broke. I ended up throwing it away…

This is a simple little shoe rack, but it's a bit small. The pillow is quite hard. Direction was a bit tricky as none of the pieces were marked and many of the wooden pieces looked very similar. However, it does the job and looks solid enough. I may order another one in a month if this one lasts. It's not trendy, but it's a good deal for the price. UPDATE: I liked it and ordered a second one. They look great sitting next to each other like a long bench. I've had it for both of them for 3 years…

I like it! it looks exactly as advertised. It was pretty easy to put together and the slot fits most sneakers. When I read the reviews they complained so much about the pillow being terrible. It really isn't! It's a decent cushion to sit on and kick off your shoes. Also, I added a piece of velcro on each side to keep it from slipping off, which will happen from time to time. This bench is very durable and I highly recommend it. I bought this to allow a guest to remove their shoes before walking

Like! It looks good, it's very functional and the space looks a lot nicer now that the shoes are organized. It fits perfectly in the space I need it for and I'm surprised at how many of my daughters shoes fit in it. Just think, this is the place where every day she took off her school shoes and put on her play shoes or sandals.
