The bench itself is pretty solid for the price; Easy to assemble and the special holes are good for shoes. No complaints. What disappointed me the most was the pillow. Case left black marks on everything he touched. Imagine running your hand over the surface; your hand would be black as soot. Small black particles were also shaken off it, making it very dirty. I don't know why so I tried unzipping the cover and washing it but the fabric is so cheap it broke. I ended up throwing it away, scrubbing off the remaining suds with soap and water to remove the black stains, and upholstered the pillow with fabric I bought from JoAnns.
