I haven't taken them apart yet but after unboxing I like that they are light and comfortable. The insole is well cushioned and I appreciate that they come with a hard plastic toe cap to prevent them from flexing when not in use. The only issue I noticed is the shiny plastic on the outside. It seems quite fragile and can break under heavy use. But overall I'm satisfied.
