Saw many bad reviews after purchase. Due to the mentioned issues that other users had with the wax sticking to the stamp and breaking off, I decided to do the prints on parchment paper and then hot glue the envelopes for quality control. Worked as a CHARM. My only advice is to use a strong tealight. We used the ones we had at home and found that it makes the pouring process a lot easier.
