I've tried many, many protein powders over the last decade and I would say it's not that memorable. It tastes decent - not too sweet and doesn't have the protein bitterness that sometimes comes up. The consistency of a 20-ounce scoop — 2.5 times the recommended mix — is very runny, but the recommended 8 ounces was too thick for me. Since I mix with fiber anyway, I need even more water in the shake. I had no gastrointestinal problems, I took one scoop a day six days a week, often accompanied by creatine and some fiber, and I had no problems. This is the kind of powder you can't leave for more than 15 minutes or so after mixing - you either have to put it in the fridge or drink it or it will start to smell. The protein per dollar ratio is pretty good. I stopped at 183lbs and have stayed there for as long as I've been using this, but I'm not trying to gain mass, just maintain it. You will likely need more than a scoop to make significant progress in this regard. So if you want to try a new protein powder, you can try this one. I opted for smooth vanilla - I don't usually buy more exotic flavors with these things as I eat them at night - and it was quite satisfying. Maybe try a different flavor to mix it up a bit.
