They are easy to use and remove ice cubes. BUT. since I filled them with filtered water (with new filter in jug) and froze them. I have white flakes floating in my drink (water, tea, soda). These flakes also stick to the glass walls. And ALSO after washing said cup. White flakes stick to the cup. I hand washed them and ran them through the dishwasher thinking the coating would come off. But no matter what I do, the flakes don't go away. Unless I add those ice cubes to my drink. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE OR SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEM. TRY ANOTHER BRAND. 1-3 photos/videos of ice cubes with filtered water and an empty glass after discarding the ice cubes. Photos 4 and 5 - a fresh glass, the same filtered water from a pitcher without the ice cubes mentioned. PURE WATER WITHOUT THESE ICE CUBES! I am very disappointed in this product.
