The size is definitely NOT for a newborn. Not suitable for a cute hospital outfit. The neck hole is twice as wide as it needs to be and arms are too long. If you anticipate a 9+ lb baby, this might be fine, but a smaller baby will be swimming. I have not yet washed it to see if it will shrink, but proportionately it is wrong.Color is accurate.
- Bought as a gift. Great quality. Soft material looks true to size. Absolutely adorable.
- The nightgown may not be suitable for babies with medical equipment that needs to be accessed easily
