This twig garland exceeded my expectations. I wear the top as a sports bra at work, and it seems to ride up alot. I couldn't imagine trying to wear it as a shirt and working out because it would just move up under my breast.The bottoms, I have only put on once. The top seem isnt sewed down. Just received these and I put it on immediately because the pain I've been experiencing is just too much. I have to say I was skeptical but it really works. After about an hour, I have little to no pain, swelling is down and my range of motion has improved! I'm so happy!
