Just received these and I put it on immediately because the pain I've been experiencing is just too much. I have to say I was skeptical but it really works. After about an hour, I have little to no pain, swelling is down and my range of motion has improved! I'm so happy! I have arthritis in both knees and it started giving me trouble again after many years of no pain. So this product is a much needed relief!
