Does not rotate easily

Sorry but don't waste your money on this. The price was too good to be true. I quickly popped one in the fridge (I had company and wanted the fridge to look tidy). Haven't tested it at all. I like the size and the edge for things from the fridge but I do NOT rotate. I thought it was me and what I was wearing but NO. I just unpacked the second one and put it on a shelf in the pantry, same damn problem. Doesn't rotate/roll. I'm really confused. I've opened and used it, so I'm sure I can't return it. I wish I could get something I won't fight now.
