First I had to have it! Then secondly, no I don't have a choice of luxury cities, so I made the solution shown on YouTube, I had to tie the locks to secure it, but great news! It worked! It tilts and everything. I have a 4 year old who refuses to walk and passes out in the middle of the street (rolls eyes), he weighs 65 pounds and will not fit in a wheelchair. Regardless of load capacity, we've pushed this frame to the limit and it performs surprisingly well. The baby jogger is another great product (overall) that works for our growing family.
