Pretty cute because they come in small pre-measured packs. A fairly pleasant taste, not as pleasant as their pineapple flavor in small jars. This is all preference though, take what you like. I've been training for about ten years and have tried over 30 pre-workouts. This is not enough for experienced users, but sufficient for beginners. In my opinion, that's enough for most people and gym workouts. I don't get any tremors or tremors, but your mileage may vary. The active ingredients are caffeine, beta-alanine and L-citrulline, they are very standard. Beta-alanine causes some people to itch, so use caution.
