They sent me a used radio when I paid for a new one. There were still bruises on the wires. The top was sticky and looked like it had already been used. When I first looked at this stereo, the add-on said it had Android Auto. It is not. This stereo is sold for iPhone or Android but does not work with Android. I don't know the iPhone features as I don't have any. Bluetooth does not connect to my phone. To connect my phone via USB I had to download an app which didn't work. It just permanently closes and reopens the app, effectively rendering the USB unusable. The sound quality wasn't bad, but if you want it for something other than FM radio, buy something else. Everything I bought for this stereo doesn't work either. don't have or it doesn't work. I wasn't expecting top quality for the price but it's not as advertised. I'll be back.
