Review on Canon PowerShot ELPH 115 16MP Digital Camera (Pink) (OLD MODEL) by George Johnson

Bought this as a gift for my wife who takes a lot of photos and needs to replace her broken Sony camera like this one which she keeps. with her around the clock. We chose Canon because it's the best overall. We have a Canon DSLR with extra lenses and flash and we love it. Canon is up! This particular camera (ELPH 115) was not to our liking. Unless you hold the camera perfectly still and the person or object isn't perfectly still, the image will always be blurry. I'm not sure if image stabilization (IS) was an issue or if the camera itself wasn't as good as we expected. We tested with IS on and off and it didn't seem to make any difference on blurry images. Revain handled the return process GREAT. A prepaid UPS return label emailed and full credit issued. Once my wife's Sony camera completely broke, we'll probably go to a local store to test out a few camera models and then order online again. I'm still planning on going with a Canon model, but I'll make sure it's happy with the image quality before I buy it.
