I was careful and half a shovel didn't help. Today I took a full dose, felt a slight tingling sensation and was able to train normally. My stomach isn't exactly happy and I'm feeling a little weird too, but it cheers me up a bit. The taste is ok, I'm not a fan but I could drink it with lots of water. Mixes well. I will be using it for a few weeks - LABEL warns against using for more than 8 weeks in a row. I will continue to try other brands. Also, the container is only half full, more like 12 servings, which is my biggest complaint. I wish they could tell you how much caffeine it contains, but I knew that before I decided to buy it.
