Bands snap into my FitBit Sense for a secure feel. The regular bracelet clasp is much better than the bracelet that comes with it. I hate silicone! But they start to stink. just be honest I know they are washable but for under $10 I just ordered something else. I don't have time to wash my hands. I could just throw them in the washing machine in a flimsy bag and see what happens. If they fall apart, well! UPDATE - I washed them in a delicate bag in the washing machine with a regular wash and they came out BIG! I changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars because that's the only thing I didn't like. I've probably washed both of them at least 3 times since I bought them. The edge of one of the straps looks like I haven't maintained it as the manufacturer recommends, but it still works great and requires a lot less work from me. I will happily buy more if they ever really fall apart.
