I give 5 stars for tech support in particular. I would give even more stars if I could as I had some issues with the device connected to my AirPods Pro, so I opened a ticket on the manufacturer's website which describes my problem in great detail; The next day I received an email with a simple question which I answered; The next day I received a more detailed email with clear instructions on how to update my device's firmware. after the update I could find that my problem was solved :) This is exactly what we need from a company that sells advanced products, no matter what the price, cheap or expensive, as long as there are other options. There will always be technical issues as a standard like Bluetooth is always changing and also when one product connects to another (like my AirPods Pro) it becomes more complex and a firmware update may be required. The important thing is that you get an answer. Technical support is a very important aspect of a product, and companies that care about end users always respond to complaints from their customers. Thank you and good luck :) Just a few lines about my problem and the content of my claim: "I use Oasis Plus to connect my TV's optical audio output to my AirPods Pro headphones. The problem is that the AirPods' sound keeps stopping (no sound) even though Oasis says they're still connected. I have to power cycle the Oasis Plus and plug it back in, after that the sound comes back. Do I need a firmware update? Firmware update solved my problem. :)
