Very comfy but wish it came with a pillowcase!
This is basically a HUGE wedge pillow, not memory foam. It holds its shape to this day and I am very picky about pillows due to whiplash 20 years ago. It's not as hard as the Cheer Collection backrest, which was rock hard and fell apart. The pillowcase I ordered came with me, is still waiting in the mail and I hope it fits because it costs almost the same as the pillow!
