The front to back measurement is wrong. Also, they have a big joke with empty paper trays; The tray needs to be extended to hold 11 inch [8.5 x 11] paper, they don't say or show how to do it and it's not too intuitive. The full end of the tray takes longer to accept paper. The secret is that the small tab on the back bottom left must be held by squeezing the tab in the middle of the back of the tray; then the whole back of the tray slides longer. This is what the overall depth dimension refers to because when the tray is placed back into the unit it is now protruding from the back of the printer and you add x inches to the depth, the new depth is 14.75 inches so it no longer fits on my bookshelf with lockable doors. I also find it very stupid of them not to refill the toner as it only costs the manufacturer about 0.03 cents. My first attempt at duplex printing failed, and I strongly suspect that to duplex, the duplexer needs to be removed and reinserted, which is a bigger problem than manually putting a freshly printed page back into the tray to have the back printed the same Side.
