The ease of integration with our POS terminal was one thing that we really liked about this product - everything just fell into place! We've been able compare payment data between systems in order ensure accuracy without having an employee manually input each transaction from both platforms every time using two different software applications (or spreadsheets). This has allowed us more flexibility during peak periods when employees are not around as well since they can now process transactions at any given moment versus waiting until someone is available physically or by phone/email etc..
