Love this watch strap, it looks and feels very good. The hair on the wrist does not pull and easily passes through the arm. They are quite heavy but balance the weight of the watch well so they remain visible on my wrist. The original leather strap was very light and the watch tried to slip off without me seeing it. I am deducting two stars because there are no instructions on how to change the size of the strap. I had to remove 2 links to make it straight, I wanted to remove one link from each side of the buckle. THEY ARE ARROWS but I didn't see them on the inside of my black ribbon so I looked at the pins and thought I could see where to go. I guessed wrong, which means you have to push the pin back in (very hard) and then push it out the other side. I found which path was correct at the first end and walked the same path at the other end, but THIS IS OPPOSITE at the other end, so the same problem reoccurred. I bent 2 pins in the process (they give 4, good) but ended up shortening it. Took me over an hour. I think the silver color would be easier to see, I was working under intense LED light with a magnifying glass and it was very difficult to see what I was doing on the black stripe. Also, the press tool is very sloppy, I made a shim at the end to get the vertical alignment right so I could hold it in place and adjust the horizontal alignment. Still tricky because sloppy threading makes the tip of the push pin wobble. When I was done, I finally saw the arrows. A simple guide would have saved me 90% of my time. At the very least, this is probably a one-time adjustment. I hope so as I messed up two remote links.
