I'm a little surprised to see that after a quick and quick read of the reviews no one has commented on the ease/difficulty of fitting this strap to a watch ( in my case Seiko). As some have noted, there is an included tool that allows you to easily remove the pins so you can break the bracelet. Now you pause again so you can remove the short piece of tape (to trim it). Another easy step. Now for the last step that will test your patience: you must now reattach the two open ends of the bracelet.

Added this to my Timex MK1 watch (black stainless steel case) and have been wearing it for about two months now. The tie pins went in and out with ease, stayed secure for two months, and are relatively invisible when worn. The clasp snaps easily, I didn't have any accidental loosening. Love this watch strap, it looks and feels very good. The hair on the wrist does not pull and easily passes through the arm. They are quite heavy but balance the weight of the watch well so they remain visible on my wrist. The original leather strap was very light and the watch tried to slip off without me seeing it. I fitted this strap to an old Hamilton watch. There were some very subtle but noticeable tolerance issues between the watch's 18mm band width and 18mm lug width, which required adjusting a lug outward to get the band to fit. Interestingly, this only happened at one end of the bracelet/watch side. I don't have an electronic caliper to determine if it's a bracelet or a 50 year old watch.
