I'm a little surprised to see that after a quick and quick read of the reviews no one has commented on the ease/difficulty of fitting this strap to a watch ( in my case Seiko). As some have noted, there is an included tool that allows you to easily remove the pins so you can break the bracelet. Now you pause again so you can remove the short piece of tape (to trim it). Another easy step. Now for the last step that will test your patience: you must now reattach the two open ends of the bracelet. I found it extremely delicate and difficult. This requires you to line up the 10,12 tiny holes on the snaps (5, 6 on each side) and hold everything long enough to insert a pin. It took me less than half an hour to do this. And still I didn't finish: the bracelet was too short and I had to start all over again. Good eyesight and a steady hand are a must. The work involves working with very small details. Several times during the process I thought of giving up and taking the piece to a jeweler; My fear of looking stupid was probably keeping me on my toes. While I have no experience with this type of mechanical work, I'm not particularly clumsy either. If you buy this product, good luck! But you will like the result. The bracelet looks great and works great.
