Works well, just what I wanted

I used a small pillow or pillow to sleep on my side because of back pain. While both worked, they didn't work very well and were uncomfortable. This pillow is just the right size for me (5'9, medium build) and stays in place all night. The density is good, the velcro fits well and the shape is perfect for me. When I turn over at night it stays in place and is unobtrusive. Putting the pillow back into the cover after washing is a little awkward, but the cover and pillow fit well together.
