I was skeptical about these because of some of the ingredients - like Broccoli and salmon and artichoke. I must say I am impressed. My skin is glowing and feels great! I use one every night and I have not been disappointed. I will buy this again. I just squeeze off some of the product before applying the mask - but that is just my preference.
