People say it dries up and doesn't work. Here's a tip. Cut it into small pieces. Add a drop or two of honey and a drop or two of grapeseed oil to boiling filtered water and store in a glass pump jar. Shake until dissolved and use twice a day only. Moisten your face with grapeseed oil after washing. You can also use it as a shampoo but after the conditioner. Trust me it works, you just can't overdo it and you MUST apply a light clean moisturizer such as grapeseed oil or lotion to your face and body after use. Hope that helps.
