Not what I expected

This isn't the prescription toothpaste you get at the dentist. The amount of sodium fluoride is only 0.21%, while a prescription contains 1.1% sodium fluoride. To put this in perspective, a commercial toothpaste such as Colgate Maximum Strength Sensitive contains 0.24% sodium fluoride. The Clinpro toothpaste you get at the dentist is Clinpro 5000, this one is Clinpro Tooth Creme. In other words, no, it's not the prescription toothpaste you get from your dentist, and it's lower in sodium fluoride than the cheaper Colgate toothpaste you can buy at your local supermarket.
