I'm usually pleased with my internet shopping experiences, but BROTOU left me feeling disappointed. Their selection of sporting goods and camping gear is extensive, but their website is cumbersome and hard to use. Unreliable results from the search bar make it difficult to locate desired content. Furthermore, the checkout procedure was annoying and lengthy. Some of the goods are of low quality, despite the low prices. I had a terrible experience with customer support when I called to return an item. Although BROTOU shows promise, the online purchasing experience could be enhanced with more robust features and attentive support staff.
