I like the fact that it has an easy interface for everyone to use and makes it very simple to understand. It's quick, reliable and saves time and money! It's very simple to use, however sometimes there are some minor bugs that make it difficult to use at times. If you want something that will save you time and money then this is your program. I am able to quickly schedule jobs with ease without any problems. I like all features (and functions) but there must be more detailed information regarding tools and components or parts which are required for repairs/maintanence jobs at hand. And better customer support from your side would have been great! This program has simplified my work life by providing me with all relevant details about any part / tool needed for an upcoming job and makes it easier when searching through catalogues etc., as well.
