This will be my second order. I ordered Blonde Platinum Ash, got Ultra Blonde the first time I really needed to dye my hair and just kept it. It was fine until a week later when it turned yellow, which I hate and that's why I like platinum ash. As I was preparing to dye my hair again I ordered again and received ultra blonde again. They sell ultra blonde on another site so they advertise platinum but send ultra blonde in 2 completely different shades. Your numbers on the box appear to be wrong. 10-1 - ultra blonde. Then on this side they also have platinum under 10-1, they need to fix it.
