Nice, but takes a long time to make.

Pennants are very nice. Light gold color and thick cardboard. Tassel decoration is ok. A brown color next to a very gold color is not my favorite. Be prepared as other reviews have said it takes a long time to manufacture. They need to be rolled and assembled, and the paper is flimsy and tears easily. Then it must be attached to a string so that the brushes do not slip off. Looks good but I wouldn't say it was worth the trouble.
