The only use case for this USB-C adapter is to find a way to both charge my GoPro Hero 8 Black and use it as a webcam. Surprisingly, I was able to achieve this with the MOSWAG USB-C OTG adapter. I connected it with a v3.1 USB-A to USB-A cable as well as a USB-C to USB-C cable connected to an Apple 30W USB-C charger. Now I can plug in my GoPro Hero 8 Black and use it as a webcam when I don't need to use the GoPro for its intended purpose. If you want to do the same, please choose one of these adapters as soon as possible.
