This toothbrush is worth every penny. My son loves his and I love mine. Now we look forward to brushing our teeth and they look so clean. Don't be afraid of the size. They have kids and adults and they clean better than Oral B which was my favorite. My son now brushes his teeth without a mirror and he is 6 years old. He had problems with other brushes like turning and had to look in the mirror constantly and with my help. I found these brushes on the ADA website and had to try them. I'm glad I did.
