My preferred mate calls for unboiled water at a temperature between 60 and 80 degrees. Up to 80 degrees for oolong and green teas, and up to 95 for black teas. all listen up: Choose how hot you want the water to be. The kettle's thermostat displays the current water temperature, and the water doesn't cool for long so you may refill without disturbing your peace. Everything is well organized and easy to use. Having a toaster around is like having a bunch of flowers. superb aesthetics!
