Purchased to repair very heavy kitchen cabinet doors that were only glued together and kept falling apart. Re-gluing only takes about 6 months. Went to a big store and tested out a 1 1/2 inch angled brace to see if it would work. It came with #6 X 3/4 and it worked great. I ordered them thinking it would be the same. A very bad guess on my part. The struts are 1 1/2 as listed, but come with #4 (?) bolts that are less than Β½ inch long. They break off at the slightest exertion. I've tried driving wood screws into wood and they come striped with a pilot hole or no pilot hole. I had to buy 3 packs of 100 #6 x 3/4 screws. They don't fit in the sink, but are still usable. Just remember that these are very light items.
