This product seems like a good idea when there is little space for the knife block and hanging the knives is not an option. However, the metal is poorly finished and the edges are not flat. The connections between the parts are obvious. Maybe I could cover it with an oilcloth sleeve to keep it looking acceptable, but it will never look like the sleek, modern display/organizer I want for my kitchen. On the other hand, the legs are easy to assemble with a hex wrench.
