The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

Quite noisy, the interlocutors did not complain about the microphone.

Sometimes you have to call, for example, from server rooms, where there is a lot of fan noise. In such conditions, noise reduction helps out, and the interlocutors hear well, despite the noise (when it is uniform). Near a busy street, there are already complaints, but the words are nevertheless legible.
I don't use it all the time, but I don't have to charge it every day. The batteries are good, they have never been de-energized during use, and the talkers were more than 3 hours in a row.

I gave headphones to my husband, really, the only drawback that is (and then with a stretch) and about which everyone writes here is the backlash of the cover. But in terms of price-quality ratio, this is undoubtedly a worthy product!
