The plastic boning makes it hard to keep the correct shape and hold the "ladies" at the position you want to keep them in for more than an hour or two. It is comfortable but again the plastic can bend to a point of sorts if you lean and can hurt. But I wore it and loved it for what I was doing. its a party piece not an everyday type of wear
