High quality but the bags could be better
This is a great high quality backpack; What makes it different from the rest is the pocket where you can store the straps. I love it; it turns it into a briefcase, which means I don't get tangled in the backpack's straps if it's sitting at my feet during a meeting. I wish the inner pockets were arranged more like a laptop bag than a suitcase.
