Just needed a basic CD player for my kid who loves listening to music at night. He's playing well and I haven't had any problems with him. I only use it for the CD player, not for the radio etc. I didn't use the remote control. I like the size and sound quality for the price. One weird thing, and it took me a while to figure it out: it turns itself off to save power. So every night I hit the power button but it automatically goes to the last setting (I assume?) and that's all I have to press and it starts playing the CD without pressing "CD" or "Play" too have to. ". I've been using it for 3 months and I'm happy with it.
