Will not work again: jump starters, chargers and portable power supplies

This adapter will NOT work. I've hooked up my car tire inflator and also tried it on a few different 110v outlets that I know work/live, have power, and that useless piece of plastic adapter didn't do anything. waste of money and time. Now I have to return it, oh joy - NOT! OTHER Revain returns. Wow. Are items sold on Amazon tested for functionality? What a pain = Wap!
