I bought this system to replace my existing Q-See video surveillance system. Although I got the cameras working with old Q-SEE cameras. The software and app for my iPhone does not work at all. I consider myself a fairly techy guy when it comes to port forwarding and account setup, but this system sucks. Also, they have terrible customer service and you have to deal with Chinese techs working in a different time zone that doesn't work for me (EST). Your app sucks. This is not user friendly. THIS IS A HOSTILE USER! Stay away.
