It is difficult to remove the installed hard disk
This product is plastic, not metal like my previous 2" outer cases. The lid snapped, it was very difficult to detach the lid and there was a risk of breaking the plastic tabs holding the lid in place. More traditional metal cases have four small screws that make removing the lid easier.
