For those who don't want an auto shut off, this iron is perfect.
This iron is a replacement for the first iron that was used and returned in a tattered box. The first batch was all mixed up in a damaged box. The instruction manual was crumpled, there was no padding, and the iron cord was not properly wrapped with a cable tie. Everything was brand new in the new batch and the iron was wrapped in a plastic sleeve not included in the first batch. I am happy with this iron. I embroider a lot and needed an iron without an auto shut off feature. This iron suits me.
